Brightstar Wellness Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Fulshear, Texas.

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with sickle cell disease and other blood disorders.

Integrating Health And Fitness Programs

We Integrate health and fitness for sickle cell patients with personalized, gradual aerobic activity, hydration, and safe nutrition. Coordinate with clinicians, monitor symptoms, avoid extremes, and emphasize rest, warm-ups, and regular screenings.

Nutrition Programs

we carry out nutrition awareness programs educating on the benefits of proper nutrition and feeding. Nutrition awareness supports energy, hydration, and crisis prevention.

Caregiver and Education Programs

we educate on care giving for sickle cell patients covering different areas such as: symptom monitoring, hydration, pain relief coordination, timely medical attention, emotional encouragement, and ensuring adherence to treatment while respecting patient autonomy.
