Integrating Health And Fitness Programs We Integrate health and fitness for sickle cell patients with personalized, gradual aerobic activity, hydration, and safe nutrition. Coordinate with clinicians, monitor symptoms, avoid extremes, and emphasize rest, warm-ups, and regular screenings. Read more Nutrition Programs we carry out nutrition awareness programs educating on the benefits of proper nutrition and feeding. Nutrition awareness supports energy, hydration, and crisis prevention.
